A senior communications and engagement professional with over 14 years' experience of supporting clients in the public and private sectors, leading on multi-disciplinary and high-profile communications, engagement and consultation campaigns.
In the private sector, competent in the development and delivery of campaigns in the energy and built environments with a strong understanding of planning regimes for national and local infrastructure projects across the UK. Contributing to the UK's renewable energy mix by leading on the communications and engagement workstreams across projects in tidal, onshore wind, solar, battery storage and grid infrastructure.
Extensive experience in rail and bus stakeholder communications, having designed and implemented the National Bus Reform Engagement Strategy for the Bus Services (Wales) Bill, aimed at communicating the roadmap to franchising. For rail, responsibility for communicating the Wales and Borders franchising arrangements in Mid and West Wales.


Sara Jones
Associate
Sara has been successfully delivering corporate affairs services and campaigns in Wales for over 20 years, and has vast experience working across the private, public and third sectors.
She has held several high-profile organisational roles acting as a spokesperson whilst setting and delivering on strategic vision. Her breadth of knowledge is based upon extensive experience in public relations, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, local government and crisis management. Most recently she has been working across the renewable energy sector as a consultant on projects including floating offshore wind and solar.
Sara holds a number of roles as a Non-Executive Director and is a supporter of community-based projects. She is passionate about helping to deliver social capital, lending her time and skills to local projects for the benefit of the wider community.
Lowri Joyce
Associate (Welsh speaker)
A fluent Welsh speaker, Lowri has worked in PR and communications for over 16 years, primarily within the energy and transport sectors.
Lowri delivers on community and stakeholder engagement and consultation campaigns across local and nationally significant infrastructure projects in Wales and England. She has led on significant technical communications and engagement milestones such as final reactor shut down, nuclear generic design assessment and nuclear life cycle extension. She also has experience of working within the transport industry in rail communications and is a strategic leader in the Welsh language sector.
